This meeting will include peer discussions, peer collaboration sessions, panel discussion breakouts, and general session speakers. Sessions and topics discussed are decided with input and feedback from the steering committee. There are no minutes of this meeting.

  • Setting expectations of the sales team to clinch success at delivery
  • Requirements for submission / handoff from sales to conversion team
  • Establishing the protocol for ongoing census / payroll submission
  • Payroll integration testing, initial remittance, and monitoring to enhance efficiencies
  • Project cost metrics and project cost management
  • Tools of the trade: Data reformatting and data management
  • Nuts and bolts of cybersecurity and fraud prevention
  • Adjusting processes to changing regulations
  • Best Practices:

Attendance is by invitation only. The invitation is extended to New Business Conversion / Transition / Implementation team leads at retirement plan service providers (data analysis, and conversion consultants). Invitation is extended to firms operating in the following markets:

  • Defined contribution plan (401(k), 403(b), 457, 1165(e)
  • Non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements
  • Defined benefit and hybrid plans
  • Corporate, government, Taft-Hartley and not-for-profit markets
  • Across distribution channels (payroll, consultant, adviser, brokerage, TPA, bank, direct, agent and others)

The agenda will be shaped by a steering committee of firms habitually represented at the roundtable

  • General Sessions with external speakers (retirement plan consultants, payroll service bureaus, data transformation consultants)
  • Breakout sessions with moderated panels • Breakout peer discussion sessions by market segment.
    • Retirement plans and retirement benefits packages using multiple providers
    • Jumbo corporate plans

  • Report from the Coalition for Payroll Excellence
  • Hands-on collaboration sessions – to change the way we work
    • Update the standard deconversion file format/protocol and formulate strategies to encourage wider industry adoption
    • Create a standard transition questionnaire for use by recordkeeping service providers to reflect new functionality, legislation, and regulations

The meeting will be preceded by a Conversion / Implementation fair for firms that wish to exhibit and promote tools relevant to the Roundtable.

Cancellation policy:

EACH Enterprise, LLC will refund your entire meeting fee if you cancel on or before February 29, 2020.  For cancellations between March 1, 2020 and March 31, 2020, EACH Enterprise, LLC will refund your registration fee minus an administration fee of $175.  No refunds for cancellations after March 31, 2020.  In the unlikely event that the number of registered attendees falls short of expectations, EACH Enterprise, LLC will refund the entire registration fee.
