MORE THAN A MEETING...

The 2020 Annual Meeting of the Strategic Account Management Roundtable will consist of a series of 6 video web conferences with the objective of producing a video that illustrates how advances in Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Robotics will change service models and the demands on Strategic Account Managers past the COVID-19 Pandemic. This series follows the joint video web conference with the Client Relationship Management Roundtable that took place February 11, 2020.

8.5 hours of stimulating discussion with your peers at a critical time

The structure of the 2020 meeting allows registered attendees to delegate a substitute to sessions they are not able to attend.

Multiple staff will be deployed at each video conference to create a stimulating experience with conversation taking advantage of instant polling, chatting, visual, video, and audio content.

Video Portraying the Strategic Account Manager of the Future

The video is intended for distribution to Account Managers, and company leaders. The video developed with input from Roundtable members at its 2019 meeting will communicate the central role of Strategic Account Managers who orchestrate the delivery of service in consultation with plan advisors and Client Relationship Managers. Retirement Plan Service Providers represented at the meeting can leverage this video to introduce new talent acquisition and development strategy at retirement plan service providers.

Joint Video Conference with the Client Relationship Management Leadership Roundtable

IA joint call of the Client Relationship Management Leadership Roundtable and Strategic Account Management Roundtable took place February 11, 2020. Involving Client Relationship Management Leadership in the production of the video portraying the Strategic Account Manager of the Future can go a long way toward agreeing on a common direction for service models in the age of AI, Robotics, and Automated Assistants. The Client Relationship Management Roundtable also is embarking on the second edition of the Client Relationship Management Leadership Sentiment survey.

Meeting Objective

The Strategic Account Management Roundtable is a forum for Strategic Account Management Officers at retirement plan service provider firms to exchange views and opinions about the general direction of the business and the strategic account management function.

Peer discussions focus on future trends in the industry, strategic management of accounts to meet company objectives (relationships with plan sponsors, their consultants, advisors, client relationship managers, TPAs, and operational units). Key topics attendees bring up in the registration process are discussed in depth to expose the full range of industry practices and service models.

At the 2020 Annual Meeting, we will review a video on the Strategic Account Manager of the Future possibly entitled: "What am I going to do now?" We will also discuss use cases for this content and identify appropriate deployment strategies. 

Topics for discussion at peer roundtable sessions consist of attendee suggestions gathered in the weeks leading up to the meeting.

Attendance is by invitation. The invitation is extended to members of the senior management teams responsible for Strategic Account Management at major retirement plan service providers in the following markets:

  • Defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, TRO and TBO/BPO - with or without payroll services

Registration deadline:               National Leader

Registered attendees can delegate a substitute from their firm to sessions they are not able to attend.

Cancellation policy:

EACH Enterprise, LLC will refund your entire meeting fee if you cancel on or before February 29, 2020.  For cancellations between March 1, 2020 and March 31, 2020, EACH Enterprise, LLC will refund your registration fee minus an administration fee of $175.  No refunds for cancellations after March 31, 2020.
