The Roundtable provides a forum for members to exchange views and to collaborate on strategies that sustain the experience and relationships that underpin the effectiveness of the retirement system in the United States. Collaboration takes place at three levels:

• Client / Advisor Relationship Management
• Account Management
• Digital Client Experience

• 2 employer polls ($6,000 sample budget) in collaboration with the Worldwide Employee Benefits Network (WEB)
• One Viewpoint paper on a strategic industry issue based on committee deliberations
• Enhancement of the 401(k) Listening Post website
• Maintenance of the 401(k) Listening Post LinkedIn page
• Posting of surveys and reports on the 401(k) Listening Post LinkedIn page and website
• Your company logo and positioning statement on the website of the 401(k) Listening Post
• 12 one-hour online meetings
  • 6 for heads of Client and Advisor Relationship Management
  • 6 for heads of Account Management and digital client experience
• 1 in-person meeting in March 2022 (2 tracks and 3 registrations per company)
• Other activities as budget allows and membership needs evolve
