Meeting Objective
Forum for Strategic Account Management Officers at retirement plan service provider firms to exchange views and opinions about the general direction of the business and the strategic account management function.
Peer discussions focus on future trends in the industry, strategic management of accounts to meet company objectives (relationships with plan sponsors, their consultants, advisors, client relationship managers, TPAs, and operational units). Key topics attendees bring up in the registration process are discussed in depth to expose the full range of industry practices and service models.
At the 2017 Annual meeting, we will expand the Future (2020) Vision of an effective account management in a next generation client service organization that the roundtable outlined at its 2016 meeting. This future vision reflects the migration to a distributed workforce enabled by technological innovation in communications.
The group will formulate a description of the account manager position designed to attract new recruits with the desired profile. We will also decide how to best leverage these documents for the business benefit of attending retirement plan service providers.
Discussion topics include attendee suggestions gathered in the registration process and in response to the meeting reminder.
Who Attends
Attendance is by invitation. The invitation is extended to members of the senior management teams responsible for Strategic Account Management at major retirement plan service providers in the following markets:
- Large and jumbo plans, small and mid-sized plans
- Mid-sized, large and jumbo plans
- Corporate, tax-exempt, higher-education, healthcare government, and Taft-Hartley market
- Defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, TRO and TBO/HROs - with or withour payroll services
- Across distribution channels (direct, brokerage, consultant, TPA, bank, PEO, agent and others)

Cancellation Policy
EACH Enterprise, LLC will refund your entire meeting fee if you cancel on or before January 31, 2017. For cancellations between February 1, 2017 and April 15, 2017, EACH Enterprise, LLC will refund your registration fee minus an administration fee of $175. No refunds for cancellations after April 15, 2017. In the unlikely event that the number of registered attendees falls short of expectations, EACH Enterprise, LLC will refund the entire registration fee.
