New this year is the addition of a project to create content on Generation Z based on a survey of 2000 members of this cohort and tail-end millennials. This project is the first of a multi-year multi-company initiative called GenZRetires, that sets members of Generation Z on track to achieve 99.7% retirement success by age 70. This initiative combines research and a range of communication activities directed to young people through messaging channels they use most, in the format they like best.
EACH Enterprise is celebrating its 10th Anniversary, and the September 13 edition will be the 15th meeting of the Roundtable. Attendance is by invitation. Invited to attend are the heads of Participant Communication and Participant Education at major retirement plan recordkeeping firms in the United States, and select firms dedicated to retirement plan participant strategies including managed accounts, participant advice, financial wellness, participant education, and participant communication.
At EACH Enterprise Roundtables, attendees discuss timely hot topics in a collegial environment with the ultimate objective of enhancing outcomes across the industry. At the September edition, attendees will discuss financial wellness, benefits exchanges and integrated benefits outsourcing, employer student loan repayment programs, retirement income solutions, and participant outcomes – financial security and wellness overall. The agenda is structured by career stage (new workforce entrants and Generation Z, mid-career, pre-retirees and retirees).
