MEETING OBJECTIVES
Forum for Conversion / Transition / Implementation team leaders of retirement plan firms to exchange ideas and practices, with the goal of enhancing the effectiveness of business processes and team management. This meeting will include peer discussions, peer collaboration sessions, panel discussion breakouts, and general session speakers. Sessions and topics discussed are decided with input and feedback from the steering committee. There are no minutes of this meeting.

- Setting expectations of the sales team to clinch success at delivery
- Requirements for submission / handoff from sales to conversion team
- Establishing the protocol for ongoing census / payroll submission
- Payroll integration testing, initial remittance, and monitoring to enhance efficiencies
- Project cost metrics and project cost management
- Tools of the trade: Data reformatting and data management
- Nuts and bolts of cybersecurity and fraud prevention
- Adjusting processes to changing regulations

AUDIENCE
Attendance is by invitation only. The invitation is extended to New Business Conversion / Transition / Implementation team leads at retirement plan service providers (data analysis, and conversion consultants). Invitation is extended to firms operating in the following markets:

Cancellation policy:
EACH Enterprise, LLC will refund your entire meeting fee if you cancel on or before February 29, 2020. For cancellations between March 1, 2020 and March 31, 2020, EACH Enterprise, LLC will refund your registration fee minus an administration fee of $175. No refunds for cancellations after March 31, 2020. In the unlikely event that the number of registered attendees falls short of expectations, EACH Enterprise, LLC will refund the entire registration fee.
