The EACH Roundtable – Participant Experience is a virtual and in-person forum for retirement industry professionals to collaborate on strategies that lead to successful retirement and financial wellness outcomes for participant — throughout their lives – from enrollment, through job changes, and into old age.

Recognize trendsetters on your team with participation or leadership positions in six industry committees. You decide who participates in each committee (it could be you, personally), and how many participate in each committee – 3 or 4 productive meetings in short succession to accomplish specific objectives. Committees report at in-person meetings. The list of committees will be finalized at the September 23, 2026 Annual Meeting in Boston, MA
Financial Wellness Promotion
Study successful financial wellness programs, formulate and implement communications to promote practices conducive to high engagement

Research (joint with other EACH Roundtables)
Provide direction for the Advisor Service Model segmentation study that will identify segments with like preference, their relative size (number of advisor, business), and profile

Please write copy – this initiative is to identify cases most likely to experience high adoption

Polan the Annual Meeting, steering the agenda, sessions, speakers and moderators at each in-person Roundtable meeting

Formulate an industry action plan to increase the number of participants who have taken the steps necessary to protect their accounts through multi-factor authentication
Figure out a time
Data Integrity Industry Initiative (joint with other EACH Roundtables)
Identify initiatives the industry should undertake to enhance the quality of recordkeeping and payroll data to support enhanced services and security, and provide direction for implementation

Social Media advertising to promote best practices
Direct, and provide input on social media activities to promote best practices among advisors, plan sponsors, payroll providers, and other stakeholders

Membership dues cover all benefits and deliverables of the baseline membership.
