Forum for Payroll Integration, Data Mapping, and Conversion / Implementation Team Leaders at retirement plan service provider firms to exchange ideas and practices with the goal of enhancing the effectiveness of business processes and team management. In 2026, we will meet in person May 4 - 5, 2027 in Jacksonville, FL.

PERSPECTIVES

We advance our initiative to define, and document the practices that yield predictable, repeatable, successful , retirement plan service provider transitions. Our focus for this edition is on enhancing data quality, with a focus on payroll integration (contributions, indicative, and administrative data).

CONTINUING IN 2027
EXCALIBUR Awards will recognize conversion teams that went above and beyond to help plan sponsors successfully transition from one provider to another. The roundtable will provide input into the nomination process, selection criteria, and jury composition at a virtual meeting.

Membership

Annual membership and engagement in the EACH Roundtable Conversion, Implementation, Data Mapping, and Payroll Integration Roundtable gives each participating company meaningful experience influencing advisor, plan sponsor, participant, payroll provider, and retirement plan service provider practices through:

  • Your input into the direction and content of Roundtable activities,

  • Two registrations at the in-person meeting May 4 - 5, 2027
    • Peer discussion on hot topics and burning issues,
    • Three tracks (data mapping, payroll integrations, client-facing, and plan sponsor onboarding),
    • Sessions for both single employer plans and pooled arrangements – covering both M&A transitions and total plan transitions,
    • Pre-implementation, implementation, data mapping, initial and ongoing payroll integration, handoff to the service team, ongoing payroll and plan administrator onboarding

  • PERSPECTIVES on Quality in Service Provider transitions is the portal through which we promote best practices to plan sponsors and their advisors
    • Edits of the web content for a plan sponsor and advisor audience, to reflect the growth of the pooled plan segment,
    • Expansion of the glossary through the Word of the Month initiative,
    • Implementation of the playful Whiz Quiz to promote quality in service provider transitions,
    • Launch of a new industry initiative to enhance data quality,
    • Input into the 2026-2027 EACH Enterprise survey of 200 plan sponsors and advisors to identify segments with like-service models,
    • Promotion of PERSPECTIVES, the glossary, and -the Whiz Quiz in social media (LinkedIn, X, and Threads).

  • Access to the EACH Enterprise online retirement plan community app (includes access to member roster, instant messaging, meeting notes, supporting documentation and research reports 8s) (at https://community.eachenterprise.com/)

  • Other activities as budget allows and membership needs evolve.
